In the last years FLOSS Source became more popular at the office in companies and public administrations. While for quite some time cutting costs was the dominant motivation, the appearance of ODF as an ISO standard has created more interest for the "freedom" aspect of FLOSS using free and open applications with free and open standards for document formats. Especially in emerging nations and markets and in governments across the world this created a real movement towards FLOSS at the office. OpenOffice.org is a central part of this movement and I will talk about experiences we made, the obstacles we found and where we
have been successful.
