Vasiliki Mole is a graduate of the Department of Library Science and Information Systems (Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Greece). Since 2006, she has been a member of the Asynchronous e-learning team of the Library & Information Center of the University of Macedonia. She specializes on creating and managing e-learning courses on the applications of the OpenOffice.org suite, along with the Mozilla Firefox web browser, the Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail client and the Ubuntu Linux operating system. The courses are conducted through the asynchronous e-learning environment "Telemathea" maintained by the University Library. Anna Krassa is a Librarian and Scientist of Information. Since 2006 she has been working for the e-learning team of the Library and Information Center of the University of Macedonia in a project which uses Library's moodle site, called "Telemathea" http://telemathea.uom.gr/ to provide e-courses, for the use of computers with Open Source.The courses' content is based on the open ICDL. Also,she is working for the One Laptop Per Child Initiative in Greece and Cyprus,designing learning objects and e-courses for this purpose and she is Moodle Certified Teacher, since December 2006 and a mentor-assessor forthe MTC canditates (in greek), since Mai 2007, working with Human Resource Development New Zealand Moodle Partner. Chrysoula Papazoglou graduated from the Department of Informatics of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2001 and since 2002 she has been pursuing a PhD in Optical Networks from the same Department. Since 2001 she has been working both as a freelance software engineer (database applications and website development) and as an instructor. In 2006 she joined the Asynchronous e-learning team of the University of Macedonia Library & Information Center. Her main task is the administration of the virtual learning environment "Telemathea" (http://telemathea.uom.gr).
